# Watch Dogs: Legion - The Complete 100% Walkthrough

*All 8 boroughs turned Defiant, all 50 Audio Logs, all 17 Relic types, every Darts and Drink location, the full 50-trophy Platinum, and the Bloodline DLC's Aiden Pearce/Wrench campaign. Written for the current-gen (PS5/Xbox Series X|S) release; PS4/Xbox One share identical content, but PS4 and PS5 carry separate, non-stacking trophy lists — pick one platform and stay on it.*

## 1. What "100%" Means in Watch Dogs: Legion

London falls to a bombing blamed on DedSec, private military contractor Albion moves in to "restore order," and the surveillance state SIRS starts disappearing anyone who resists — so DedSec fights back with no fixed hero at all. Any non-hostile Londoner you meet can be recruited, permadeath and all, and Watch Dogs: Legion (Ubisoft Toronto, 2020) builds its entire completion ledger around that premise as much as around a map.

Finishing this guide's ledgers means clearing:

- **37 main-story missions** (35 by a strict count, 2 more if you count two contested short/tutorial-style beats — this guide lists all 37 and flags which two are disputed), across a prologue and 8 story chapters.
- **50 trophies**: 40 base game (1 Platinum "Completionist," 2 Gold, 19 Silver, 18 Bronze), plus 9 from the Bloodline DLC and 1 from the free Resistance Mode update. **The base Platinum needs no DLC at all**, and needs roughly 70% overall completion, not literal 100%.
- **8 boroughs** turned Defiant — 22 Oppression/Defiance Challenges across 7 boroughs, plus Camden auto-liberated by an early main-story mission.
- **130 Tech Points** (skill-tree currency) and **50 Audio Logs**.
- **17 named Relic types** (49 individual pickups; only 15 needed for the trophy).
- **47 Paste-Ups**, **21 Darts locations**, and **26 Drink locations**.
- **16 discrete missions across 4 side questlines**: Finding Bagley, the Nowt chain (ending in Royal Treatment), Kaitlin Lau's chain, and Hamish Bolaji's chain.
- **Zero trophies require going online** — the entire Platinum, Bloodline, and Resistance Mode lists are earnable solo, offline.

> **Tip.** Permadeath only applies to the operative you're controlling when they fall in a way the game treats as fatal — your roster and progress otherwise carry on. Build a deep bench before you get attached to any one face; almost nothing else here is missable.

### Spoiler policy

Main missions get a line each below. The Zero Day reveal and the Albion/SIRS endgame stay unspoiled.

## 2. How to Use This Guide

Like this site's other open-world guides, Legion doesn't use inline collectible badges. Instead:

- **The main path** (§7) is a table of all 37 missions, grouped by chapter, with the 2 contested entries flagged.
- **Fixed-location content with a genuinely confirmed complete list** — Borough Liberation Challenges, Relic types, Darts, Drink locations, and the 4 Side Mission Questlines — gets a **full checklist table** (§9, §12-§13, §15).
- **Content with an honest total but no reliable per-item list** — Tech Points (130), Audio Logs (50), Paste-Ups (47), Kick-Up Challenges, DedSec Deliveries, and the open-ended Operative Recruitment system — gets a **category summary** instead (§10-§11, §14), the same treatment this site gives any pool too large or too open-ended to enumerate honestly.

## 3. The Road to 100%

```mermaid
    G --> H["Bloodline DLC - Aiden Pearce/Wrench campaign, 9 more trophies"]
    H --> I["Resistance Mode - beat the campaign with forced permadeath, 1 more trophy"]
```

Figure: Nothing base-game here is missable or online-gated — the only real constraint is recruiting a wide enough roster before you need a specific occupation or Skilled class.

**Why this order?**

1. **The Platinum needs no DLC and isn't literal 100%** — roughly 70% overall completion is the real threshold. Chase the checklists below for their own trophies, not because the game demands every last one.
2. **Liberate boroughs as the story takes you through them.** Each borough's Defiance Challenges unlock that borough's Skilled Operative Class — recruiting one early gives you more of the game to use it in.
3. **Build roster diversity deliberately.** Every Walk of Life needs 20 operatives with 20 *different* occupations in your active roster at once — that's a standing constraint worth managing throughout, not a last-minute scramble.
4. **Bloodline is a genuinely separate campaign** (Aiden Pearce and Wrench, no permadeath-recruitment system) — play it whenever, before or after the base Platinum.
5. **Resistance Mode last.** It's the base campaign again with forced permadeath throughout, offline, single-player only — treat it as its own short run once you know the missions.

## 4. Mechanics Worth Knowing Before You Start

- **Anyone is recruitable.** Approach a non-hostile Londoner, hack their profile, and (if not already sympathetic) complete a short recruitment task; they join your roster with their own stats, appearance, and one of several occupation-linked abilities. Losing an operative to permadeath removes them permanently from that save — but the game itself, and every checklist here, carries on.
- **8 boroughs each gate one signature Skilled Operative Class** behind that borough's own Defiance rating — clearing a borough's Defiance Challenges and completing its Borough Mission unlocks that class citywide.
- **Uniformed and rare-spawn occupations exist outside the borough-gated Skilled classes** — Construction Worker, Royal Guard (Buckingham Palace only, needs the Deep Profiler upgrade), Paramedic, Protest Leader, Stage Magician, Street Artist, and the genuinely rare random spawns Video Game Designer and Living Statue, both tied to their own trophies.
- **Tech Points and Audio Logs both auto-mark on the map once a borough is Defiant** — there's no benefit to hunting either blind before that borough's Challenges are cleared.
- **Darts and Drink locations overlap heavily** (21 of 26 drink stops also have a dartboard) and reuse pub names across different boroughs — "The Golden Rivet," "The Earl's Fortune," and "The Martlet's Nest" each appear at 3-4 physically distinct locations. Don't assume a name is unique.
- **Paste-Ups must be collected with one operative throughout** — switching characters mid-collection reportedly breaks the tracker.

> **Tip.** PS4 and PS5 versions have separate, non-stacking trophy lists, and cross-save auto-pop from PS4 to PS5 is unreliable — decide your platform before you start chasing trophies, not after.

## 7. The Main Story - Chapter by Chapter (37)

The base game's mission count is genuinely disputed across sources: a strict list gives **35**, while two short, tutorial-style beats (Clarion Call, Recruit an Albion Guard) are filed as their own missions by some guides and folded into other missions by others. This guide lists all 37 and marks the 2 contested entries — treat the difference as a source-convention question, not a real gap.

### Prologue

| Gap in the Armour | Opens the Albion arc (Nigel Cass). |

| Restoking the Fire | Opens the Albion finale. |
| Nigel's Close Shave | |

### London Rising - Endgame

| The Face of the Enemy | Sabine-as-Zero-Day reveal payoff. |
| Hard Reset | Final mission. Unlocks **Divided We Fall**. |

## 8. Narrative Beats, In Brief

A terror bombing frames DedSec for an attack it didn't commit, killing off the movement's leadership and leaving Sabine Brandt to go underground while private military contractor Albion occupies London and the surveillance program SIRS starts disappearing dissenters. What's left of DedSec rebuilds from nothing, recruiting anyone willing to fight, and follows two intertwined threads to the truth: the real Zero Day behind the bombing, and Clan Kelley's crime empire profiting from the chaos. As evidence mounts against both Albion's Nigel Cass and SIRS' own Richard Malik, DedSec's investigation converges on Sabine herself, forcing a reckoning with who Zero Day actually is before the resistance can finish taking its city back.

---

## 9. Borough Liberation - The 8 Boroughs

22 Defiance Challenges across 7 boroughs; clearing a borough's Challenges unlocks its Borough Mission, and completing that flips the borough to Defiant. Camden is auto-liberated for free by the early main-story mission **Clarion Call**.

| Borough | Challenges | Types |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| City of Westminster | 3 | Rescue Freedom Fighter, Disrupt Propaganda ×2 |
| City of London | 3 | Hack ctOS Hub, Photograph Evidence, Sabotage |
| Islington & Hackney | 3 | Neutralize VIP, Collect Evidence, Sabotage |
| Tower Hamlets | 3 | Rescue Freedom Fighter, Collect Evidence, Neutralize VIP |
| Southwark | 4 | Photograph Evidence, Digital Deface, Sabotage, Hack ctOS Hub — the only borough with 4 |
| Lambeth | 3 | Disrupt Propaganda, Digital Deface, Photograph Evidence |
| Nine Elms | 3 | Sabotage, Neutralize VIP, Photograph Evidence |
| Camden | — | Auto-liberated by main-story mission "Clarion Call" — no red-icon Challenges of its own |

By activity type across the 22: 4 Sabotage, 6 Photograph Evidence/Collect Evidence, 3 Neutralize VIP, 3 Disrupt Propaganda, 2 Rescue Freedom Fighter, 2 Hack ctOS Hub, 2 Digital Deface.

---

## 10. Operative Recruitment & Classes

Recruitment is open-ended by design — any non-hostile Londoner is eventually recruitable, so this isn't a checklist category. What's confirmed and worth tracking:

**Every Walk of Life** needs 20 operatives with 20 *different* occupations in your active roster at once. Eight boroughs each gate one **Skilled Operative Class** behind that borough's own Defiance rating:

| Borough | Skilled Class | Ability |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Camden | Hacker | Viral Hacking — spreads a hack to 8 targets at once. Needed for **Hack The Planet**. |
| City of Westminster | Spy | Spy Watch jams 5 nearby enemies' weapons. Needed for **Shaken Not Stirred**. Also gets a missile-armed, cloaking Spy Car. |
| Islington & Hackney | Football Hooligan | Rally Cry summons allies. Needed for **Power To The People**. |
| Lambeth | Drone Expert | Dive Bomb homing-drone attack. Needed for **Death From Above**. |
| Nine Elms | Professional Hitman | Garrote-wire stealth takedown. Needed for **Down To The Wire**. |
| Southwark | Anarchist | Smoke Grenade + Studded Truncheon; gas-damage immune. |
| City of London | Beekeeper | Bee Swarm disorients targets. Needed for **NO NOT THE BEES**. |
| Tower Hamlets | Getaway Driver | Unique fast car immune to Chase Drone disable. Also obtainable via the "Swipe Right" side mission. |

A handful of Uniformed/rare occupations sit outside this borough-gating system: **Construction Worker** (found at construction sites), **Royal Guard** (Buckingham Palace only, needs the Deep Profiler upgrade — required for **The Royal Tour**), **Stage Magician**, **Street Artist** (needed for **Paint Me Like One of Your...**), **Protest Leader**, and **Paramedic**. Two occupations are genuinely rare random spawns rather than reliably-findable classes: **Video Game Designer** (needed for **Meta-Gaming**) and **Living Statue** (its Statue emote is needed for **You Don't See Me!**).

The often-cited "over 7 million possible citizens" marketing figure couldn't be found in any source and appears fabricated or mis-cited — the real sourced figure is **approximately 9 million** (Ubisoft Associate Producer Shelley Johnson).

---

## 11. Tech Points (130), Audio Logs (50) & Relics (17 types)

**Tech Points** are skill-tree currency, auto-marked on the map once a borough is Defiant. 130 exist citywide but roughly 100 actually need collecting for **Fully Kitted** — around 300 Skill Points come free from story progress alone. Too large a pool to enumerate by location; collect them as you clear each borough.

| Borough | Tech Points |
| --- | ---: |
| Camden | 21 |
| City of Westminster | 19 |
| Islington & Hackney | 12 |
| Tower Hamlets | 12 |
| Southwark | 12 |
| Lambeth | 20 |
| Nine Elms | 26 |
| City of London | 8 |
| **Total** | **130** |

**Audio Logs**: 50 total, roughly 35+ picked up automatically via story/mission triggers. Awards **Oral History**. If it doesn't pop at 50/50, a reload has been reported to fix it.

| Borough | Audio Logs |
| --- | ---: |
| Islington & Hackney | 14 |
| City of London | 13 |
| Southwark | 9 |
| City of Westminster | 8 |
| Tower Hamlets | 5 |
| Camden | 1 |

**Relics**: 49 individual pickups grouped into 17 named types (9 require assembling 3-5 scattered pieces; 8 are single-piece pickups). Only **15** are needed for **Magpie** (12 pop automatically via story, 3 more from open-world pickups) — a true completionist run chases all 49.

| Relic | Pieces | Boroughs |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| Scooter Headlamp | 5 | Camden, City of Westminster, Lambeth, Islington & Hackney, Tower Hamlets |
| Bartmann Jug | 5 | Camden, Lambeth ×2, Islington & Hackney, Tower Hamlets |
| DedSec Bracelet | 5 | City of Westminster ×2, Lambeth, City of London ×2 |
| Masquerade Ball Prop | 5 | City of Westminster, Lambeth, Southwark ×2, Tower Hamlets |
| Prototype (Optik 0.1) | 4 | Camden, City of Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets |
| 17th Century Medical Saw | 4 | Camden ×2, Lambeth, Southwark |
| Mobile Phone | 4 | City of Westminster, Lambeth, City of London ×2 |
| Radio Londres Microphone | 4 | Lambeth, Southwark, Islington & Hackney, Tower Hamlets |
| Nineteen Eighty-Four | 3 | Camden, Lambeth, Southwark |
| Platform Shoe | 3 | City of Westminster, Lambeth, Islington & Hackney |
| Egyptian Artifact | 1 | St. Pancras International, Camden |
| Fake DedSec Business Card | 1 | Leicester Square, City of Westminster |
| Lead Soldier | 1 | Horse Guards Parade, City of Westminster |
| Floppy Disk | 1 | DedSec Safehouse, City of Westminster |
| Cocaine Vial | 1 | Nine Elms Docks |
| British Abolition Medallion | 1 | Waterloo Bridge, Lambeth |
| TOAN Conference Pass | 1 | TOAN Attack Site, City of London |

---

## 12. Paste-Ups (47), Darts (21) & Drink Locations (26)

**Paste-Ups**: 47 street-art stickers awarding **Piece de Resistance**. Must be collected with one operative throughout — switching characters mid-run reportedly breaks the tracker. Too large and location-uncertain to list individually; collect them borough by borough as you clear Defiance Challenges.

| Borough | Paste-Ups |
| --- | ---: |
| Lambeth | 10-11 |
| Westminster | 9 |
| Camden | 8 |
| Southwark | 7 |
| Tower Hamlets | 5 |
| Islington & Hackney | 4 |
| City of London | 3 |

**Darts** (21 locations, awards **Bullseye**) and **Drink locations** (26, awards **Bottom's Up**) overlap heavily — 21 of the 26 drink stops also have a dartboard. Pub names repeat across boroughs ("The Golden Rivet," "The Earl's Fortune," "The Martlet's Nest" each appear 3-4 times as physically distinct buildings), so treat a name as a pub *type*, not a unique identifier.

| Location | Borough | Darts | Drink |

## 13. Kick-Up Challenges & DedSec Deliveries

**Kick-Up Challenges** (football freestyle minigame): 21 spots exist citywide (confirmed via MapGenie's own location count), but only ~12 are individually named/located in any source reached, and **the trophy — Could've Made National — only needs Intermediate goal 1 at any single location**, not all 21. Known spots: Furzton Tower Block and Russell Square (Camden); Duck Island Cottage, Parliament Square Gardens, Wellington Arch, and Leicester Square (City of Westminster); opposite FoodTown (Islington & Hackney); European Processing Centre and Kennington Park (Lambeth); Bricklayers Arms and Tidis Park (Southwark); one unnamed south-east spot (City of London).

**DedSec Deliveries (Parcel Fox)**: an infinitely-respawning delivery activity, not a finite collectible — **DedSec Delivery** needs 20 completions with three modifiers (Timed, Fragile, Contraband) in the mix. Pickup boxes cluster in Camden and Westminster; there's no fixed location list to chase, just keep delivering as the activity respawns.

---

## 14. Fashion, Fresh Threads & Fully Kitted

**Fresh Threads** needs 100,000 ETO spent on clothes in Campaign Mode — a cumulative currency threshold, not an item checklist. Typical income: ~35k from story, ~30k from side quests, ~25k from pub safes and collectibles. Spend with one operative in fewer, larger transactions to track progress more easily; roughly 32 clothing franchises exist citywide as flavor, not as a completion list.

**Fully Kitted** needs every upgrade in the Tech Menu unlocked (Campaign Mode) — this is what most of your 130 Tech Points actually fund.

---

## 15. Side Mission Questlines (16 missions, 4 chains)

Four named questlines; each ends in its own trophy.

## 16. Online Multiplayer, Watch Dogs: Bloodline & Resistance Mode

**Online Multiplayer:** substantial but entirely optional — 4-player co-op city missions, Tactical Ops (5 endgame missions needing 3+ players), Spiderbot Arena PvP, and the standalone Legion of the Dead zombie-survival co-op mode. **Confirmed: zero trophies in the base game, Bloodline, or Resistance Mode require any of this.** A fully offline, single-player playthrough earns all 50 trophies.

**Watch Dogs: Bloodline** is a standalone story expansion starring Aiden Pearce (Watch Dogs 1) and Wrench (Watch Dogs 2) — no permadeath-recruitment system, just the two of them. 10-12 named missions depending on source (Wikipedia says 10; a dedicated walkthrough site numbers 12, from Acquisition Target through Face 2 Face — this guide lists the fuller 12), plus its own side content: 13 Resistance Missions (Aiden) and 4 Fixer Contracts (Wrench). **Packrat**'s Data Drive tracker (98 total, ~49 needed) is confirmed buggy — player reports range from popping as early as 57-66 collected to not popping even past 80. Collect them naturally while playing rather than farming a precise count.

**Resistance Mode** is a free update: beat the full base campaign again, offline, single-player, with permadeath forced on throughout. Awards **Long Live DedSec**.

## 17. Appendix - Quick Reference

- **Totals:** 37 main missions (35 strict + 2 contested) · 50 trophies (40 base + 9 Bloodline + 1 Resistance Mode) · 8 boroughs (22 Defiance Challenges + Camden auto-liberated) · 130 Tech Points · 50 Audio Logs · 17 Relic types (49 pieces, 15 needed) · 47 Paste-Ups · 21 Darts · 26 Drink locations · 16 side-questline missions across 4 chains.
- **Base Platinum requires zero DLC** and ~70% overall completion, not literal 100%.
- **Zero trophies require online play** — everything, including Bloodline and Resistance Mode, is soloable offline.
- **Developer:** Ubisoft Toronto (lead studio) — not "Ubisoft London," a separate, unrelated (and since-closed) mobile studio sometimes miscredited.

## 18. Accuracy & Sources

This guide's trophy list (50/50, zero gaps) was recovered via the Watch Dogs: Legion Fandom wiki's own achievements/trophies data and cross-checked against PowerPyx and Steam's achievement list for app 2239550 — the two independent recovery passes agreed on all 50 names and tiers with no arbitration needed, including all 9 Bloodline entries (an earlier research pass worried only 1 of 9 Bloodline trophies had been named; both passes independently produced the full 9). Three requirement-text wordings (Fresh Threads, Locked And Loaded, Making Friends) were updated to reflect a later patch that split Campaign Mode and Online Mode progression — older guide text predating that split has since gone stale.

Two real errors were caught and corrected during research: the developer is **Ubisoft Toronto**, not "Ubisoft London" (a real but unrelated, now-closed mobile studio); and the base Platinum is named **"Completionist,"** not "Long Live DedSec" — that name belongs solely to the separate Resistance Mode trophy. The Side Mission Questlines' mission count was also corrected: an initial pass said 11 missions across 4 chains, but Royal Treatment is actually the final mission of a 6-mission Nowt chain, not a standalone — the real total is 16. The often-repeated "over 7 million possible citizens" marketing figure couldn't be found anywhere and appears fabricated; the real sourced figure is "approximately 9 million" (Ubisoft Associate Producer Shelley Johnson, per TechSpot).

What's still genuinely open: the base-game mission count (35 strict vs. 37 inclusive of two contested beats) and the Bloodline mission count (10 per Wikipedia vs. 12 per a dedicated walkthrough site) — both are stated as ranges here rather than a single asserted figure. Lambeth's Paste-Up count (10 vs. 11) and one Southwark drink-only location's identity remain unresolved between otherwise-agreeing sources. Darts and Drink location tables carry the same caveat: most are corroborated, but a Camden drink-only stop, a Tower Hamlets drink-only stop, and a disputed Nine Elms darts pub could not be pinned down with full confidence.
